Although it had a beautiful location and had many nice features, it had been in need of remodeling for many years. The result was that the house had been on the market for a year and a half before Jacque took it on. I should also note that I do not live near Sedona, so that Jacque had to manage the minor improvements to the house that were required several times to get it into sales shape.
