Although it had a beautiful location and had many nice features, it had been in need of remodeling for many years. The result was that the house had been on the market for a year and a half before Jacque took it on. Her masterful abilities at presentation and marketing managed to show off the best aspects of the house. I should also note that I do not live near Sedona, so that Jacque had to manage the minor improvements to the house that were required several times to get it into sales shape. This she did wonderfully, getting bids from local craftsmen so that the repairs could be done quickly and at a reasonable cost.
